You work on the front desk of a busy family doctor’s practice. Three weeks ago a patient, Mr Daniel Okafor, was told a letter would be sent to a hospital specialist on his behalf. It was never sent: the request was filed in the wrong tray. He has just arrived at the desk after phoning the hospital and learning they have no record of him. The practice manager has confirmed the mistake and asked you to speak with him. The interviewer will play Mr Okafor. Speak to him directly.
